The Role



As a Lumen Sr Accountant, you will monitor, analyze and reconcile affiliate/intercompany accounts.





The Main Responsibilities




  • Prepare & record monthly journal entries within SAP across three filers (LUMN, LVLT, QC)

  • Prepare & record monthly topside entries within OneStream for consolidation purposes

  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations within OneStream

  • Monitor billing and cash related activities impacting intercompany accounts

  • Ensure completeness relative to use of trading partner for all intercompany transactions

  • Develop understanding of agreements that drive intercompany activity

  • Research out of balance scenarios

  • Participate in the development of standard operating procedures and process improvements

  • Interact with external auditors to provide explanations and requested schedules

  • Mentor and support team members to help ensure monthly close deadlines are met

  • Perform analytical procedures by reviewing transactions, documents, and reports for accuracy

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

The Role

The Role

The Role

The Role
