Senior Lead Technology Strategist

The Senior Lead Technology Strategist will own positioning Lumen as a thought leader while creating stronger, more valuable customer engagements for Lumen.  Engagements are expected to generate new contacts in dim/dark customers, new engagements within business units of established customers, and ultimately new sales opportunities for Lumen.

The role engages with Customer Support team to support “unfreezing” initiatives driving maximum use of procured services. The role will position additional services and technology outcomes that will drive enhanced customer business outcomes. They will work directly with customer aiding them in realizing optimum value from Lumen.

This activity will be aligned to defined accounts and opportunities, throughout the Customer Journey (Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay, Renew), as well as targeted segments, supplying direct leverage to increase sales and revenue growth.
