As a Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, you are a direct report to Director of Integrated and Digital Marketing within the Customer Success organization. Your mission will be to lead an organization of marketers to evangelize brand, trust and loyalty of Lumen with our customers, develop and execute on data driven go to market programs that positions Lumen to deliver optimum customer experiences, elevate the conversation from a strategic partner perspective and ultimately maximize lifetime value. This position will focus on accounts within Large Enterprise, Verticals and Key Accounts for Customer Success.
Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data and tools to help guide and define teams’ approach in go to market programs and execution.
Identify, manage and promote usage of key internal aces enablement tools.
Drive key initiatives within the customer success organization around improving customer experience, retaining revenue and operationalizing ‘next best plays’ to drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Understands how to interpret a GTM plan to create, execute and monitor a campaign that delivers results.
Lead teams to execute on content development and delivery that is best suited to their customer segments across the end to end buyers journey.
Work closely with CS leadership to ensure we are supporting their needs from an enablement and marketing standpoint.
Works closely with peers within Customer Success Marketing and with external stakeholders such as Acquisition marketing, solution marketing, analyst relations, Marcom, Marketing Technology etc.
Manages dependencies and identifies roadblocks to delivery.
Manage simultaneous projects of varying complexities.
Manage requests and helps establish priorities.
Develop, maintain and report to leadership on metrics, sets goals and justify both current and future resources and direction with executive management.
Communicate well, effectively hold other departments accountable and maintain good relationships.
Assist in defining best practices, optimal processes and effective communication protocols.
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent business acumen with ability to manage programs from ideation through to execution and reporting
History of owning management and execution of marketing programs in this B2B Technology space
History of achieving desired ROI and clear metrics with complex B2B marketing programs
Proven history of integrating qualitative and quantitative data into go to market strategies and programs
Strong excel and reporting skills
Strong ability to manage a team with multiple priorities
History of working in a fast-paced sales environment
Comfortable with speaking to large audiences
Preferred
5+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 accounts within a B2B technology marketing environment
5+ year’s of demonstrated experience interfacing at executive level
10+ years of overall experience.
Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or another related field.
