The Role

This position is responsible for all aspects of the Network Inventory & Records operations delivery model. This director will oversee and manage the satisfaction of our customers and drive day to day work load to support all of the center activities.





The Main Responsibilities


Build, Maintain & Provision Logical Inventory

Partner to Complete New Equipment Deployments, Migrations, Road Moves, Switch Grooming, etc.

Line Access Reliability (LARG)

Internal Network/Company Office Provisioning





What We Look For in a Candidate


  • 5+ years of operations leadership work experience.

  • Proven track record of building and managing large teams.

  • Experience supporting 24 X 7 telecom operations

  • Experience leading operational delivery of hosted VoIP and managed services

  • Knowledge of business and technology work processes and the ability to use this knowledge when leading teams

  • Proven ability to influence others and to build trusting relationships with peers and subordinates

  • Outstanding ability to coach and develop leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to support business accounts and drive superior customer service

  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, set direction and solve problems in a fast paced environment

  • Strong communications and presentation skills, including ability to summarize and concisely share key information to all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work with ambiguous direction while driving programs forward to meet tight timelines and aggressive objectives

  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to travel when needed
