Manager FP&A, Business Intelligence and Analytics - Remote

The Role

The Manager FP&A, Business Intelligence and Analytics will equip leaders across the organization with the information and data needed to drive business decisions that will expand the organization’s impact. You will lead a small team to connect the financial data to the big picture of what the organization is trying to accomplish. The manager will partner with all levels of business leadership to assure delivery of business unit targets and achievement of Sales and Profitability targets. The manager will also be responsible for representing the NA Enterprise Sales Finance team at various forums and undertaking specific analysis on behalf of Finance leadership including evaluation of business strategy / effectiveness. To succeed in this role, you must have a keen understanding of the decision-making processes, be able to build relationships with functional leadership, and the ability to systematically improve data driven decisions in a complex environment.
