*Job Purpose:*NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Show Team Production Assistant to work on the research team with all day-to-day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” This is a Run of Show position. *Essential Responsibilities:** Work with show team producers and associate producers to support all show elements* Assist with booking and liaise with guests to appear on show* Work with support departments during all stages of production* Prepare and distribute show related elements and documents * Assist with coordinating all elements of show guests’ experience* Show day responsibilities -assistant in guest prep, movement, rehearsals, guest departure and show wrapBasic
