Overview If you are a positive, energetic personlooking for a career that offers an excellent compensation packageand the chance for advancement, Braum's is the place for you!Position: Shift Supervisor Minimum Experience: 1 year AnnualCompensation: $29,500 - $32,000 Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pmResponsibilities Shift Supervisor's role: Braum's leaders executethe company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission andvalues, resulting in a great customer experience and maximizedsales. By recognizing the importance of our people, we canstrengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals beingachieved. * Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crewmembers. * Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction andfood quality. * Oversee the shift operations of Braum's foodservice function, grocery market and fountain sales. * Activelyparticipate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchenequipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. * Share inresponsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies andpractices are implemented and followed accordingly. Work Schedule:Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected45 hour work week.
