The Yokomori Laboratory in Biological Chemistry is looking for a motivated individual with science and mathematical skills to participate in cutting edge genome-wide 3D chromatin interaction analyses. Responsibilities in the lab include: 1) taking care of administrative matters, including placing orders for purchasing, keeping records of hazardous materials and lab safety manuals, 2) working collaboratively with work-study students to preparing buffer solutions and maintain basic lab functions, and 3) participating in the ongoing research projects in the Yokomori laboratory.
Recent graduates with experience in genome-wide sequencing data analyses are strongly encouraged to apply. Initial appointment is for at least one year with potential extension and/or renewal based on work performance and availability of funding support.
