Overview If you are a positive, energetic personlooking for a career that offers an excellent compensation packageand the chance for advancement, Braum's is the place for you!Position: Shift Supervisor Minimum Experience: 1 year AnnualCompensation: $29,500 - $34,500 Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm AND 2:00pm - Close Responsibilities Shift Supervisor's role: Braum'sleaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote itsvision, mission and values, resulting in a great customerexperience and maximized sales. By recognizing the importance ofour people, we can strengthen the team's contribution toward unitgoals being achieved. * Teach, coach and provide leadership to thestore crew members. * Maximize store sales through customersatisfaction and food quality. * Oversee the shift operations ofBraum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. *Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels,kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. * Share inresponsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies andpractices are implemented and followed accordingly. Work Schedule:Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected45 hour work week.
