Bonusis paid bi-weekly Position: Assistant Manager Experience: 2 yearsAnnual Compensation: $36,000 - $38,500 Shift: 2:00 pm - CloseResponsibilities Assistant Manager's role: Braum's leaders executethe company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission andvalues, resulting in a great customer experience and maximizedsales. By recognizing the importance of our people, we canstrengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals beingachieved. * Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crewmembers. * Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction andfood quality. * Oversee the daily operations of Braum's foodservice function, grocery market and fountain sales. * Activelyparticipate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchenequipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. * Share inresponsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies andpractices are implemented and followed accordingly.
