Position Summary:
Under supervision of the Campus Operations Manager, the Assistant serves as liaison between faculty and staff for Department of Medicine. Some of the major duties are providing financial support (Reconciling financial transactions, forms preparation, all aspects of purchasing, honorariums and donor funds) general office and facilities management, and personnel/administrative administration. Additional responsibilities include preparing clinical schedules and facilitating changes with faculty, nursing staff, and call center. Manage medical student and residency clinical rotations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in support of all purchases. May processes low-value purchase orders, high value requisitions and other types of purchases as required. Utilizing KFS financial system to submit Travel/Entertainment/Meeting reimbursements, processing transactions related to business expenses, and purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies for the Division. Other administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred:
