Position Summary:Experience working with economically disadvantaged youth and strong commitment to the goals of the Talent Search project. This position will recruit , select, and orientate potential program participants. This position will assist in the development /implementation of program objectives, participate in the selection/evaluation of program staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:Coordinate recruitment, selection and orientation of project participants, outreach activities and participants. Assessment and prescribing participant services and plan activities in community agencies and target schools.

Duties/Responsibilities:Maintains accurate up to date records and documentation of assessment and placement which includes maintains a data base, academic records, contacts, exit information and evaluations. Arranged academic support services provides individual , group and career counseling sessions to meet participant needs. Performs other counseling duties and support services.
