Position is available immediately for one year appointment but up to three years, contingent upon performance and continued availability of
funding. Training and Experience: Master's Degree in microbiology, ecology, soil science or closely related field are preferred. Prior experience in the analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) data is desirable.
The successful applicant should have excellent communication, inter-personal, and writing skills.
