Simulation Lab Technician-South Shared Services

Summary:
Provides simulation training and maintains audio visual, simulation equipment and support systems.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:
Responds to basic support requests. Determines appropriate equipment as available.

Diagnoses, resolves and closes equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.

Performs routine safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on equipment and support systems

Demonstrates understanding of simulation protocols and programs. Continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
