Pay: $16.00

Hour: M-F 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm

Length: 6-month Contract to Hire is base on attendance and performance.

Hours: M-F 8-5 and will need to be okay with OT.

Dress Code: Business Casual

Training: Training will be on site the first 30 Days and then you will go to Work from Home permanently.

Performance Metrics: This job will be measured on quality and quantity. The expectation would be that each case worker is working 25 cases at a time and will need to close a certain amount of cases per hour and per day. There will never be a day that employees close the same amount of cases since cases are closed depending on other internal employee follow ups. Some cases can be resolved within a day or two , while others could take 7-10 days depending on complexity. The department standard is that all cases are resolved within 10 days. Team members will also be working on multiple cases at the same time. Some of the higher risk or complex cases will take longer than simple complaint issues

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to and/or researching and resolving escalated, high dollar, or high profile inquiries and complaints requiring special handling and that may have been forwarded by the management committee members, agencies, and/or business chain of command.


• This may include a review of in-process, closed or canceled single loan/credit exceptions, applications, claims, files and/or on-line transactions, individually or in aggregate, to determine if processes and documentation are in compliance with internal company
