Responsibilities:

• Assist in all areas of administration to ensure efficient and effective operational work flow. This may include the functional areas of call center, customer service, back office, and products/services support.


• Respond to customer's (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training.


• Maintains proficient knowledge of products and services.


• Processes all Dealer (Seller) implementations accurately and efficiently.


• Prepares appropriate documents to be mailed to dealers (sellers) and provides follow-up when applicable.


• Provides technical support to dealer (seller) and sales reps for all CU Direct systems.


• Set up and maintain accurate records in database.


• Review new dealer (seller) due diligence documents to ensure contract compliance
