Bilingual Recruiter

Position: Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter

Pay: $19-$23/hr depending on experience

Locations: Vista, CA

Job Duties:

• Manufacturing company in vista is seeking a recruiter/sourcer/coordinator for their vista office to sit on site and coordinate on site interviews for the production team.


• They are looking to on board over 75 people in the next few months using us so this person will be scheduling our candidates as well as managing the VMS and manager's calender's.


• Finally they will be sorting through the resumes that are coming through from the company's indeed posting. This person will be the main agency contact.


• Will be responsible for creating professional job postings, helping with the website/job board, and will communicate via phone and email with candidates/hiring managers.


• Will assist with HR duties as needed

Qualifications:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH


• Recruiting experience - ideally manufacturing/production workers


• HR experience is a plus
