Position Opening Oncology Program Manager Located inBelleville, Clara Maass Medical Center is a facility of RWJBarnabasHealth and provides a complete continuum of care to residents ofnorthern New Jersey. With over 700 physicians and 2,100 employees,we offer advanced treatment for a wide variety of medicalconditions. Our facility includes centers for advanced wound care,sleep disorders, bariatrics, orthopedics cardiac services, cancercare, emergency services, and more. In 2017, the Medical Centercompleted a state-of-the-art campus expansion featuring a newfour-story 87,000 square foot building with a private, 32-bedIntensive Care Unit, new Main Entrance and Lobby, Retail Pharmacy,Patient Registration Area and newly expanded Emergency Department.Clara Maass Medical Center has been recognized nationally for itsquality and patient safety by Healthgrades and by the LeapfrogGroup, having earned its twelfth Grade A in 2019. In 2018, the Medical Center earneddesignation in LGBTQ Healthcare Equality from the Human RightsCampaign Foundation. We are currently looking for an OncologyProgram Manager. In this position, you will be responsible foroverseeing all administrative functionality of the Cancer Registry.This includes working in conjunction with Cancer Program Resourcesto ensure timeliness in abstracting, assuring annual qualityassurance goals are met, and coordinating all tumor board meetingsin conjunction with the office of Graduate Medical Education. Leadcontact with Cancer Committe Chair and CLP with coordination of CoCSurvey. You Will Be Responsible For: Report all appropriate cancercases to the NJ State Cancer Registry according to the guidelines.Coordinates and participates in all NJ State Cancer Registry auditsand special studies. Participates in case finding for registry.Coordinates quality assurance on 10% of analytic caseload. Works inconjunction with Cancer Program Resources to facilitate abstractingof annual case load. Coordinates all tumor board meetings includingCME
