Director of Clinical Finance-UCR Health Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 202009306361 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $108,700 - $214,000 Position Information Under general direction from the UCR Health CEO and Associate Dean/Chief Financial Administrative Officer (CFAO), the Director of Clinical Finance leads UCR Health's financial objectives for the clinical enterprise. The incumbent is responsible for financial management, budgeting, planning and operations which requires a deep understanding of the challenges facing the clinical and academic components of a medical organization and of the financial system that supports it. The incumbent will establish operational objectives and work plans, delegate assignments to staff and work collaboratively with other leaders to meet goals Understands and leads operational success by reviewing objectives with senior management. Manages, prepares, administers, and directs control of budget/organizational resources. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control. Directs activities that ensure division and department adherence to approved budget. Involved in developing, modifying and executing policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have organization-wide impact. Education Education
