JobSummary

If you are looking to advance your management career track, thisopportunity is for you!  The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) serves as akey member of the unit based leadership team. The CNC is responsible formanaging patient-centered care coordination within the unit/department duringthe designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the managementteam, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance withestablished policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, andmodels a commitment to Riverside Community Hospital’s vision/mission/values tosupport an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes thatcontribute to overall departmental performance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in nursing within 3 years of hire

5+ years applicable nursing experience required

2+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated management proficiency

Nursing Certification within 2 years of hire

For OR Units Only: CNOR within 2 years of hire                                               

 

Licensure/Certification

Valid California RN license  

Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
