Job Description

This opening is for a lead position - it requires technical skill and also having the soft skills to lead and train a team.

Experience in hand soldering is a MUST (A practical test will be given at the interview).
Electro-mechanical and cable assembly skills are a MUST.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
Able to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and technical orders.
Expert knowledge of electronics, components, and principles.
Logical reasoning, problem solving, and attention to detail.
SMT Rework Experience is a plus.
Excellent Time Management skills.
The ability to work overtime when required (including Saturdays).

First Shift 8am - 5pm; some flexibility after they start

Pay: $18-22/hr
