Here, you will build long-term, dedicatedrelationships with customers by bringing them peace of mind as youguide them through wealth management and retirement planningstrategies The Expertise We're Looking For * FINRA Series 7 &63 required prior to hire * Series 65 and/or 66 and stateregistrations required within 3 months of hire * Experience withHigh Net Worth clients * A CFP is preferred if you don't alreadyhave your CFP, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you withclasses to obtain it The Purpose of Your Role We fully support youwith an open architecture product platform and top resources in thefinancial industry, while you nurture relationships with anexisting client base. Your keen focus, motivational skills andleadership qualities are prime attributes as you provide theappropriate investment solutions to existing clients and helpexpand the acquisition of new customers. The Skills You Bring * Youdemonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, and caneffectively simplify complex financial concepts while buildingrapport and credibility with highly valued clientele * Remarkableknowledge of investment products * Ability to thoughtfullyintroduce your clients to different investment strategies and bringtogether additional client assets while engaging in positive,client-centered discussions * Collaborating with multiple businesspartners allows you to craft an unsurpassed customer experience andmeet the client's broad range of investment needs The Value YouDeliver * No longer spending time on cold calls and sourcing newclients, you are able to make an impact in the lives of yourclients through deepening relationships and complex financialplanning * Your integrity, insights, interpersonal skills andmeticulous planning allows you to mentor and support your customersas they look to reach their retirement goals * Educating customerson the technology and channels available to them to better monitor,maintain, and handle their investments How Your Work Impacts theOrganization Working in our Investor Center, you will engageface-to-face with your customers, offering mentorship andpersonalized planning, while helping extend the reach of the firm'sbrand.
