This position is a customer support role acting as the front line rep for the Technical CSR department. They will be taking all of the calls coming into the call center and determining the nature of the call and if it is sales related, troubleshooting / technical support, or something simple that they can answer. Most calls will only last 10-20 seconds and they will taking between 100-200 calls per day.
Their job is to essentially make sure that the Tech II CSRs have the time to spend on more technical calls. There are more basic phone calls - not the technical calls the Tech 2s receive.
This is a contract openings for the busy season. It will last until around Feb. but there is some chance to go on perm after if they amaze the managers.
