Staff Geologist

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Geology or Environmental engineering or Civil engineering


• 3-5 years of industry experience

Job Responsibilities(Not limited to) -

• Responsible for conducting both office and field-related duties, depending on client needs


• Prepare written reports, cost estimates, work plans, etc


• Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies


• Support cost estimating, proposal preparation, contract management, billing and budget tracking, and confirming payment of invoices for work conducted


• Support preparation of work plans, reports, and regulatory agency interaction for every aspect of site assessment and remediation


• Field oversight and mentoring of staff engineers/geologists


• Field oversight of subcontractors (drilling, waste management, soil gas monitoring and remediation)


• Oversight of laboratory subcontractor quality, accuracy, and billing


• Contributing to a fun, positive and accepting company culture


• Performs other related duties as assigned
