General Labor

IP is seeking 10 General Laborers. Candidates must be open to being a "floater" for the first month. They can be asked to clean, sweep, mob, dust, or work on re-tagging project for locker room.

They will eventually be trained on machine operating, and how to properly take cardboard off of machines and how to pack.

The Laborer plays a support role on a team dedicated to maintain high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity.

This position requires the candidate to wear required safety equipment.
This position requires the candidate to be flexible for weekend shifts.
This position requires the candidate to operate and work around heavy machinery.
This position requires the candidate to work 8-12hrs with last minute notification.
This position requires the candidate to work any shift and will be assigned to one of the below schedules.

1st Shift 7am - 3pm
2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm
3rd Shift 11pm - 7am
