INTEGRIS Nurse Residents are new graduates from an accredited RN program with eligibility to take the RN NCLEX exam.

INTEGRIS hosts a Nurse Residency Program for RN graduates and those with less than six months experience as an RN. The Nurse Residency Program is a full time job opportunity with an expanded orientation designed to help the new graduate make a smooth transition from student to professional member of the health-care team. This program is designed to help our nurses more fully contribute to delivering patient focused care.
