What you willdo: As an Emergency Department RN with St. Vincent's, you willprovide direct nursing care in accordance with establishedpolicies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor patient care plans.Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. *Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines forwell-coordinated patient care. * Note and carry out physician andnursing orders. * Assess and coordinate patient's dischargeplanning needs with members of the healthcare team.Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * Required Credential(s): *Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American HeartAssociation (AHA) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire dateor job transfer date. * BLS Provider credentialed from the AmericanHeart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transferdate. * Pediatric Advanced Life Support credentialed from theAmerican Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 6 Months (180days) of hire date or job transfer date. * Registered Nursecredentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior tohire date or job transfer date.
