What You Will Do As an associate with St.Vincent's Health System-AL, you will have the opportunity toprovide direct nursing care in accordance with establishedpolicies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Responsibilities: * Implements and monitors patient care plans.Monitors, records and communicates patient condition asappropriate. * Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplinesfor well-coordinated patient care. * Notes and carries outphysician and nursing orders. * Assesses and coordinates patient'sdischarge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. WhatYou Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * RequiredCredential(s): * BLS Provider credentialed from the American HeartAssociation (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date orjob transfer date. * Licensed Associate Professional RegisteredNurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained priorto hire date or job transfer date. Education: * Diploma from anaccredited school/college of nursing required Work Experience: * 1year of cardiac experience preferred. * ICU/PACU/ pre-op experienceaccepted.
