Job Description
Currently hiring remote customer service representative's. WILL WORK FOR ONE WEEK IN THE OFFICE AND THEN TRANSITION HOME.
Start date: JANUARY 4th
6 month contract (Potential to go direct but NOT a guarantee)
Shift: 2 Shifts, either 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am- 7:00pm
- IB/OB call center performing mortgage servicing
- Collect mortgage payments from clients and provide solutions to help bring their account current
- Assist clients by processing and/or scheduling postdated arrangements
- Resolve problematic errors, research and provide solution for accounts
- Account maintenance will be inclusive of the daily job duties, as notations need to be made on accounts, late fees may need to be waived, contact information may need to be updated, etc.
- Adhere to their scheduled shift (including their scheduled breaks/lunch - remaining punctual for log in/out times - maintaining call availability during said shift)
- Candidates must be able to perform the above functions while adhering to mandated
