Oversee the direction and growth of GCMI's (and T3Lab) GCMI's overall business planning, strategy, customer experience including but not limited to delivery, implementation of customer & business strategy customer, satisfaction, retention, utilization of services, adoption (including: marketing, new business development, and sales and opportunity management) for long-term growth and profitability. This position will report directly to CEO and is responsible for assessing, shaping, setting and selling (internal + external) the strategic direction of GCMI efforts to efficiently and effectively build and scale the company's unique market propositions and business operations across the organization.

Work closely with Design, Development, Pre-Clinical and Training Teams to manage relationships with sponsors and clients (review client and prospect performance, check continued client satisfaction and extend relationships accordingly)

Manage conference budget (if available) and relationships with advertising / public relations firms and strategic partnerships with vendors. Determine ROI of events/relationships
