Job Summary

Oversee the direction and growth of GCMI's (and T3Lab) GCMI's overall business planning, strategy, customer experience including but not limited to delivery, implementation of customer & business strategy customer, satisfaction, retention, utilization of services, adoption (including: marketing, new business development, and sales and opportunity management) for long-term growth and profitability. This position will report directly to CEO and is responsible for assessing, shaping, setting and selling (internal + external) the strategic direction of GCMI efforts to efficiently and effectively build and scale the company's unique market propositions and business operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Development and oversight of business strategy and overall company direction.

Job Duty 18 -
Identify and lead definition of key vertical prospects and targeting segmentations for key service offerings.

Job Duty 19 -
Demonstrated ability to be a contributing member of the executive leadership team.

Development and oversight of business strategy and overall company direction.

Job Duty 3 -
Lead Mgt to Close Sales: Process development across service lines.

Job Duty 4 -
Lead cross-functional efforts across marketing, innovation, commercial, finance, etc. to prepare the analysis required to evaluate business and market opportunities.

Job Duty 5 -
Lead strategic market assessment to determine optimum service, price, and brand positioning for services to maximize penetration and profitability.

Job Duty 6 -
Advise leadership team on the management and optimal brand position for the company.

Job Duty 7 -
Create and execute strategies to meet or exceed annual goals and objectives in the areas of growth and profitability across all services offered.

Job Duty 8 -
Continually develop new client business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivating relationships with existing clients.

Job Duty 9 -
Work closely with leadership team to ensure all business development and sales propositions are operationally, commercially and economically viable to support the organization.

Job Duty 10 -
Develop, maintain and support (or provide support where needed) key relationships (partnerships) with clients and other constituencies.

Job Duty 11 -
Successfully conceptualize position, develop, negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Job Duty 12 -
Facilitate growth of the company¿s sales through revenue and margin generation and through recruiting, managing and mentoring /coaching as needed.

Job Duty 13 -
Participate and advise leadership team on issues affecting clients and assist in strategic planning.

Job Duty 14 -
Work closely with Design, Development, Pre-Clinical and Training Teams to manage relationships with sponsors and clients (review client and prospect performance, check continued client satisfaction and extend relationships accordingly)

Job Duty 15 -
Represent the company through appropriate professional, community and civic involvement.

Job Duty 16 -
Manage conference budget (if available) and relationships with advertising / public relations firms and strategic partnerships with vendors. Determine ROI of events/relationships

Maintain a keen awareness of marketplace competition and keep leadership team abreast of such threats through effective communication.
