We Are Hiring Join our team in Panama City as an RN inour Emergency Department! Schedule: Part Time, 24 hours, 2 days aweek, 7 am - 7 pm, Rotating weekends The Emergency Department is a41-bed unit that provides care to a wide variety of high acuitypatients. The primary patient population includes those admittedfor level II trauma, heart and stroke care. Join ourforward-thinking and collaborative nursing team. Engage withphysicians and ancillary teams in managing complex diagnoses,medication administration and quality care for high acuity medical,trauma and open heart patients. What You Will Do: * Implement andmonitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patientcondition as appropriate. * Serve as a primary coordinator of alldisciplines for well-coordinated patient care. * Note and carry outphysician and nursing orders. * Assess and coordinate patient'sdischarge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. What YouWill Need: Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * RequiredCredential(s): * Advanced Life Support credentialed from theAmerican Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date. * BLS Provider credentialed from the American HeartAssociation (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board ofNursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensedas a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing or current home state license for multi-state licenserecognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date. Education: * Diploma from an accreditedschool/college of nursing required.
