We Are Hiring Join our team in Panama City as an RN inour Emergency Department! Schedule: PRN - as needed, minimum of 5shifts per month The Emergency Department is a 41-bed unit thatprovides care to a wide variety of high acuity patients. Theprimary patient population includes those admitted for level IItrauma, heart and stroke care. Join our forward-thinking andcollaborative nursing team. Engage with physicians and ancillaryteams in managing complex diagnoses, medication administration andquality care for high acuity medical, trauma and open heartpatients. What You Will Do: * Implement and monitor patient careplans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition asappropriate. * Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplinesfor well-coordinated patient care. * Note and carry out physicianand nursing orders. * Assess and coordinate patient's dischargeplanning needs with members of the healthcare team.
