CNC machinist

JOB DUTIES:
-Responsible for running CNC machine as well as assemble and install necessary equipment.
-Assist in trouble shooting and problem resolution of manufacturing equipment, and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
-Programming experience is a PLUS but must know how to at least edit G code, M code and Bob Cad
-Working knowledge of tooling, fixtures, inserts, and other accessories used on various machines.
-First article and in process inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.

Gosiger- C1000 and runs vertical

-Not just on the CNC Machine, but may also need their help in other locations within the job

HOURS:
8am-5pm M-F
There may be times where they have to work flexibly to work later some days.
Saturday OT may be required (VERY rare) but it could happen.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 3+ years of CNC/Manual experience
-Manual mills and lathes experience is a PLUS
-Familiar with Mitsubishi controls
