Job Description: Performs a variety of duties in the Parylene Coating area to support all ES programs that require coating room-type work, Works from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. May work with complex machines or computer systems. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Under close supervision, responsible for performing a basic variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.


• Basic comprehension and interpretation of technical specifications, including IPC knowledge, terms, and documents. Ability to complete very structured assignments determining and/or following methods and sequence of operations in performing chemical applications on components and modules on assembly units utilizing machinery such as Parylene coating equipment.


• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications and work authorization documentation. Fully participate/engage in team meetings with a positive attitude.


• Be able to support other programs whenever there is a business need. Fully participate/engage in team meetings with a positive attitude. 

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.


• 0-3+ years experience with electro-mechanical assemblies
