The Director of Capital Projects plays a leadership role and responsible for managing large and complex capital improvement projects. The Director of Capital Projects directs and manages all construction, renovation and remodeling projects over $25,000 on all campuses. The Director of Capital Projects prepares and analyzes bids for all projects over $25,000. Conducts regular formal and informal inspections of these projects to ensure they adhere to all State
