Responsibilities: * Implements andmonitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicatespatient condition as appropriate. * Serves as a primary coordinatorof all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. * Notes andcarries out physician and nursing orders. * Assesses andcoordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of thehealthcare team. What You Will NeedLicenses/Certifications/Registration: * Required Credential(s): *BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transferdate. * Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the KansasBoard of Nursing.
