DescriptionThe School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs invites applications for a Business Services Professional in the Social Work program. This position manages the Social Work unit functions to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations. The Business Services Professional provides support to the unit chair, program and field education directors, tenure-line faculty, clinical faculty, and lecturers. This position works independently to establish workflow processes, simultaneously manage multiple deadline-driven projects, and design and implement office administrative procedures, record-keeping systems, and operational standards.Who We Are:The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is one of four campuses in the University of Colorado system and is home to over 10,500 undergraduate and 1,900 graduate students.

Course Evaluations - Oversees unit Faculty Course Questionnaire (FCQ) processes, communicating procedure and timeline information to faculty, troubleshooting problems, and archiving results.

Textbooks/Course Materials - Monitors textbook adoptions to ensure bookstore deadlines are met.

Syllabi - Collects electronic copies of syllabi for all course sections each term. Reviews syllabi for required elements and archives.
