This position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and candidate management skills. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function. Responsibilities:
* Requisition management (posting, post monitoring, un-posting) of requisitions (applicant tracking system, career site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
* Review candidate resumes and conduct phone interviews
* Schedule interviews and manage/distribute candidate communications
* Document management for candidates, requisitions, onboarding
* Update requisition status report daily and various other recruiting reports
* Acts as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and other departments regarding new employees and onboarding status
* Support to reporting and process management for employee referral program
* Recruitment marketing support (Linked In, Glassdoor, Talent Network, etc.)
* All other duties as assigned
