What YouWill Do As an Associate with Via Christi Health, you will have theopportunity to provide direct nursing care in accordance withestablished policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcareorganization. You will: * Implement and monitor patient care plans.Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. *Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines forwell-coordinated patient care. * Note and carry out physician andnursing orders. * Assess and coordinate patient's dischargeplanning needs with members of the healthcare team. What You WillNeed Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * RequiredCredential(s): * BLS Provider credentialed from the American HeartAssociation (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire dateor job transfer date. * Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed fromthe Kansas Board of Nursing upon hire date or job transfer date.Education: * Diploma * Diploma from an accredited school/college ofnursing required upon hire date or job transfer date.
