Responsibilities: *Performs initial and on-going bio-psychosocial assessmentsaccording to accepted standards of nursing practice. Develops anursing plan of care consistent with the master treatment plan. *Participates in treatment team conferences to assist in planningand revising goals, objectives and interventions appropriate to theage-related and problem-specific needs of each patient. *Implements nursing plan of care for assigned patients and conductsand/or co-leads group therapy sessions for patients. * Evaluatespatient's response to interventions and revises nursing plan ofcare as needed. Collaborates with the treatment team to revisegoals, objectives and interventions appropriate to the changes inpatient status. What You Will NeedLicenses/Certifications/Registration: * Required Credential(s): *BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transferdate. * Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the KansasBoard of Nursing. Education: * Diploma from an accreditedschool/college of nursing required.
