DescriptionThe Department of Mathematics at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS), invites applications for a non tenure-track, full time position at the instructor level, starting August 2021, and pending budgetary approval. Duties include teaching twenty-four semester credit hours per academic year (lower and upper undergraduate level), along with service in support of departmental goals in undergraduate education. The instructor position will teach in person and online mathematics courses as needed. The position requires teaching at the undergraduate level (in person and online), and service. Average workload is 95% teaching, 5% service. Summer teaching may be available for additional pay.
