What You Will Do Asan Associate with Via Christi Health, you will have the opportunityto provide direct nursing care in accordance with establishedpolicies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Responsibilities: * Implements and monitors patient care plans.Monitors, records and communicates patient condition asappropriate. * Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplinesfor well-coordinated patient care. * Notes and carries outphysician and nursing orders. * Assesses and coordinates patient'sdischarge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. WhatYou Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * RequiredCredential(s): * BLS Provider credentialed from the American HeartAssociation (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire dateor job transfer date. * Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed fromthe Kansas Board of Nursing. Education: * Diploma * Diploma from anaccredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience: *None required.
