Eagle Fluid Power was started in 1996 by Mike Staihr. Working out of his basement in Lee’s Summit, MO, it began as nothing more than a small maintenance and distribution center. In 2004, we moved to our current location at 4212 NE Port Drive. Then, to keep up with our ever-growing demand, we expanded again in 2014 by purchasing the building across the street. EFP is strategically positioned to assist our customers anywhere from initial design to final product. Whether you need a quality part from one of our manufacturer partners, a customization to an existing part, a repair to an existing assembly or a completely custom design, Eagle Fluid Power has the tools, knowledge and experience to make it happen. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
