Wikibuy Lead Front End Engineer

A web developer by trade who has fallen in love with building applications and solving problems in JavaScript. Someone passionate about leveraging the extension platform to save customers time and money.

Responsibilities
Immediate responsibilities include: Leading development and architecture for our extension platform. Working alongside members of our product and tech team to define, scope, implement, and release new features across our extensions on all major browsers.
In the future you will build and grow a team to support our extensions
Technologies we use:
Node.js, React, Redux, Boabab, LESS, SASS, CSS. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Webpack, and Gulp
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in Javascript
At least 4 years of experience with React
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing browser extensions or hybrid applications
3+ years of software development experience with Node.js
Experience with Redux or Boabab
Experience architecting complex web solutions
Experience refactoring and operating within large established codebases
Experience with web build tools such as Webpack and Gulp
