• 2+ YEARS OF MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IN A COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL SETTING


• PLUMBING EXPERIENCE


• ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE


• DRY WALL EXPERIENCE


• HVAC EXPERIENCE

JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building, equipment and grounds. You will receive daily PM's for building repair requests including but not limited too plumbing repair, inspecting drains, flooring repair, roofing, dry wall, painting, pumps, valves, steam traps, exhaust belts, etc.

LOCATION: GOLDEN, CO

PAY: $18-25 HR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

SHIFT: 1ST, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7AM-3:30PM
