SquarePeg is working with a top global research company to help them find a Marketing Automation Manager with Marketo experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech-focused company as it scales. As Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead Marketo usage and will be in charge of the end-to-end automation to support the business. You will help run programs that contribute to goals for new business sales and current customers. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to work in a cross-functional group, has a strong email marketing background and a desire to innovate.
Responsibilities
- Be the in-house Marketo lead/expert for all new campaigns, initiatives and troubleshooting.
- Work cross functionally to build and measure the success of new campaigns and automation as needed to support email marketing campaigns for product launches, sales promotions, subscriber webinars/events, etc
- Develop, implement, and maintain our automation programs focused on client lifecycle management
- Oversee inbound inquiry routing and form creation.Ensure seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce for inbounds to reach the sales team
- Identify ways Marketo can increasingly support overall business objectives, specifically on New Business opportunities and maximizing revenue
- Responsible for Marketo database accuracy, cleanliness, and ensuring Marketo functions and syncs within tech stack, including managing lists, opt ins and opt outs
