We believe when money moves, better things happen.*Relentless pursuit of better*We’ll be looking to you to sell Western Union cross-border money movement solutions to mid-tier regional and global Financial Institutions (FI) to significantly drive the number and success of 3rd party partnerships long-term revenue.  You will execute a regional enterprise FI sales strategy reflecting a “one WU” customer-focused approach that crafts a sales strategy for each FI prospect leveraging external data and competitive insights.  You’ll match WU Product Value Propositions and products to meet the strategic needs as articulated by the FI.  You’ll use your enhanced leadership skills to collaborate with WU sales leaders to develop holistic WU market strategies for FI sales whilst successfully signing, implementing, and retaining FI clients with the most significant customer base in key markets.You will need to have significant knowledge of global payments and money movement ecosystems.  Using your Enterprise solution sales skills, you will lead, influence, and develop global payment partnerships.  We need you to have proven senior management leadership skills, the ability to motivate and empower your team, and experience in leading cross-functionally to drive large-scale change in a complex, global matrixed environment.  You will have a mindset that is oriented around continuous improvement and driven by customer success.*Join us, and let’s move money for better*Western Union is transforming its business and shaping the financial services sector by driving quality, convenience, and customer service to new levels of excellence.
