You will optimize Western Union app/website to maximize earned / organic traffic. Build CLV based acquisition strategy. You will build acquisition product roadmap – List of features and capabilities required to increase user acquisition.You will use multiple information sources to come up with growth hypothesis – Analytics data, session replays, customer feedback, discussion with other product groups etc. You will use data to inform all growth decisions. You will develop effective customer feedback loops, understands implications of feedback and translates that into better features and products.
