Test & Measurement Technician

The Test & Measurement Technician supports all metrology activities. The TM Technician works closely with the Quality, Production, Engineering and Molding Departments as well as external parties to implement and execute methods and maintain Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment. The TM Technician also contributes to process/product problem solving continuous process improvement efforts.

• Perform routine inspection on the Test and Measurement equipment.


• Assist in measurement and test method transfers for all measurement equipment.


• Maintain Gage R & R and perform calibrations of equipment as required.


• Generate appropriate documentation regarding measurement.


• Maintain strong communications with the Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering Departments to help resolve quality issues.


• Maintain all test and measurement equipment and support audits on department matters.


• Support department activity compliance to ISO 17025.
